In reading so many threads about letters mentioning where factory new guns were shipped too, mostly hardware/sporting goods/gun stores, approximately, when did S&W stop shipping to small stores and start shipping only to wholesale companies?

Went to start reloading some 32-20 and the correct RCBS shell holder is a number one. I stuck this in my press and it's waaaay to big for a 32-20 case. Then, I realized that it's not even an RCBS shell holder. Anyone know what brand this is?
