- Winner must pass federal background check through FFL
- Prize ships to winner's local FFL dealer
- SWF responsibility ends upon delivery to winner's designated FFL
- Winner responsible for all applicable taxes, fees, and FFL transfers
- Prize has no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged
- If winner cannot legally accept prize, new winner will be selected
- Void where prohibited by law
- Allow up to 4 weeks for delivery after winner confirmation
