What specifically are are these issues with the Bodyguard 2.0 are you referring to? Other than the 12 round mag being hard to load the last round in... I haven't seen any problems that are consistently reported by owners. I have one and it's been flawless through 300 rounds. Awesome little...

I've put about 300 rounds through my BG 2.0 mix of FMJ brands (PPU & S&B) and JHP (XTP and Speer GD) with zero problems of any kind. The 12 round mag I can only load 11 in (don't have an Uplula loader thing). For me the wide U rear notch is fine. Quick acquisition and this is a close-range...

Nice. I just ordered one. Hope it loads the full 12 rounds and not just 11 rounds like the mag that game with the pistol... the 10 round mag loads fine.

Well since I ordered it online I wasn't able to hold one before buying it. It turns out it's just the design and is 100% good to go. The guns are awesome.

Your call. I've handled but not shot a LCP Max with live ammo. The factory trigger (DA) on the LCP Max sucks dry firing it. The LCP Max feels cheaper and rattles around. The Bodyguard 2.0 feels solid. The ergonomics of the BG 2.0 are WAY better IMO than the LCP Max, LCP or the original...
